I wanted to explore two trails--the Catamount Trail north from Sugar Run Road just off of German Flat Road and the Blueberry Lake trail network that I rode this past summer (scroll down to Monday). At the risk of shocking regular readers, this won't be lengthy.

  1. 1. Catamount: good (Strava)
  2. 2. Blueberry Lake: much less good (Strava)
In short, the Catamount had a somewhat choppy surface but was definitely rideable. Blueberry Lake, on the other hand, was only sometimes rideable, with deep wet soft snow being the culprit.
